Got the proteins up again.. not sure how my fats are so high.. the eggs cheese and olive oil in breakfast had me at 63 g fat to start the day off, need to just keep adjusting.

weighed in at 206 this morning.. just going to stick to ~2900 a day but i think thats maintenance right now ive gone ~100-200 cals lower the past couple days to make up for thats 4100 cal day. If i stay 206 by next monday morning i'll go up 150 calsBack at it 8/10/2015
