    3 Week Vacation

If I maintain proper nutrition and do bodyweight exercises will I be able to maintain my strength?
I'm aware that taking a week break 2-3 times a year will benefit a person, but how much will 3 weeks effect me?
    Squat-380
    Bench-305

If you keep your diet SPOT ON every single day and do WEIGHTED body weight exercises you can maintain most if not all your strength. BUT when you go back to the gym and start lifting heavy ass weight again your body is gonna go "whaaaat the ****" and it's gonna take you a few session's to get your body use to that **** again.
You don’t drown by falling in the water, you drown by staying there

You shouldn't be too far off in strength loss, but getting used to the volume again will be the most frustrating part.

You can still lift weights while not in a gym... You know that right? Find heavy objects, use things for Pullups/chin ups etc. Crunches.
