Out of nowhere it got really bad as I started college. Now people dont even like to look at me because i'm so disgusting

I've tried ACV, cutting out dairy, no fap, gallon of water a day, fish oil, zinc, antioxidants, vitamin d3, bunch of different cleansers/moisturizers....


What are my options, misc?

Get blood drawn at Dr.s. If all your internal **** is ok they'll prescribe you an antibiotic that should clear it up.

I was about to just post this. OP i know that feel but this routine using Benzoly peroxide 5% twice a day for 2 months helped clear me up good. I now only get the odd pimple every couple of weeks instead of every single day like i use to. My acne was around your level, moderate but not too severe to take the side effects of Acctuane.

A few options OP.

- Exposed Skin Care ($100 set) Pricey, but it lasts you 60 days and cleanses your skin with natural ingredients, and fixes your inside health with probiotics.

- Get on prescription Benzoyl Peroxide (Preferably 5%) and antibiotics. Use the benzoyl sparingly and make sure you take the antibiotics.

- Apple Cider Vinegar - Sounds strange and I honestly didn't believe it would work. But take 2 tablespoons in the morning and at night. Mix it with water and let it set on your face for 10 minutes, rinse off obviously. I just started doing this, and my face has cleared up tremendously in the past few days.


^All these have worked for me. Drink plenty of water. But you're not alone brah, back when my acne was horrible there wasn't a moment where I would look by a mirror and all I saw in myself was the acne sticking out. Completely disgusted with myself. Its a real drag on your self esteem. Hang in there brah.


Edit: Also to add on to the drying your face thing. If you do use a towel to dry your face off, only pat dry, NEVER rub the water off. That'll irritate the **** out of your skin. Take a multi vitamin as well, fish oil, zinc, and all that will be beneficial. Moisturizers too.
