In case it hasn't been clear Swoosh, I've decided to try to add ZERO worthwhile content ot this thread other than inappropriate jokes. I figured it suited your style better that way

Ooooo back is looking great in that vid Swoosh! Love that gigantic smile at the end haha, you are like "ohhh yeah, the LA Fitness cops can't catch ME!" I'm not even sure what you do as far as diet (bulking, cutting, etc) but whatever it is you are doing it right!

Thanks! Your comment about dying of boredom is so funny because if you watch that vid you'll see me looking all around the gym .... la la lala
Thank you RB
Yep! I work with a bunch of hot as hellz bossy cows. I can't believe we all work so well together, because the majority of us are very strong willed, big personality, outgoing women! If we didn't love each other like family, we'd kill each other ... and I'm not kidding!
I Love Them! Plus, the lining was not even kind of hot in the gym. I was a little concerned about getting them dirty, but they wash up pretty good. Were they 120??? Cannot remember!
Thanks E! I added a few exercises to that shoulder workout.

P!!!!!!!!!!! It wasn't all that exciting
Inappropriate jokes, comments, pics always welcome! Hiya!!!
I know!!!!!!!! I saw them too!!!!!!!!!
Hi Jeezy! Thanks! I like that shrug machine. It's the only one in the gym and it gets a lot of use so I have to snag it when I can....or just tell whomever is using it to get off
That was a pretty cool trick there, RB!
Thanks, Miss Hammie You noticed that grin, huh!!! Competition Christy (my figure competitor friend) shows up on Thursday mornings and we cause a gym ruckus! I was smiling at her, because she knew what I was doing! I had to hide my phone in a little grove on the back of an incline bench
I don't bulk or cut. I carb cycle and eat Pixie Stix ... for realz!
Thanks, E ... I appreciate your support so much!Last edited by swooshie; 11-09-2012 at 08:21 PM.

This ended up being a really good week ... workout wise. My nutrition can still tighten up a bit, but it wasn't all that bad. I was supposed to do leg day today, but I had to work 3 hours past the time I was supposed to be off tonight....blah. I'll head in there this weekend and get it done.
I use a free program called Windows Live Movie Maker to upload my vids and edit them before I put them on YouTube. It's a pretty cool program, and I'm still learning about all of the applications. I just figured out last night you can make a picture from any part of the movie. I made two from my shrug vid ~
Pretty cool, huh!!
I'll catch up with you guys this weekend! Hope everyone has a great one <3Caring about what people think of you is useless. Most people don't even know what they think of themselves.

How on earth has this journal escaped my subscribed list. No longer I say!!!!!!
Nice new AVI, looking jacked."There's something about a heavy weight that makes a body not want to get under it. Part of the fun of weightlifting is rousing one's spirit and getting under a heavy weight in spite of one's more sensible survival instincts." -Stenn

TeeHee!!! Thanks, Lexi! I sure appreciate it! I sure hope I never get pulled over though, cause I have Pixie Stix powder all over my car ... would be hard to explain that that white powder is from a bunch of Pixie Stix! *note to self .... vacuum car*
I like to edit and watch mine a million times before I load up on YouTube. On the main page of the Windows program there is an icon called "snapshot" Just scroll through your vid frame by frame and find the picture you want to capture and the click on Snapshot. It will show the picture below your vid and you can save it to Photobucket, or whatever you use for your pics.
Mater!!!!! I would love to have you here! I respect your opinions and your workouts soooooo much!! Thank you!
Thanks, Hammerz! No, it's totally fine to check yourself out all day watching vids and looking at progress pics. If someone walks in just say "Hey, check me out!!!" and they'll be all "Um, what am I looking at?" "Is that good or something." "Great ...yeah, um, bye weirdo"Caring about what people think of you is useless. Most people don't even know what they think of themselves.
