    Guy in my gym did 405 for reps? Natural or no?

    For the first time i saw someone in my gym bench press over 315. This guy benched 405 for like 6 reps. First 4 the spotter didn't even touch it. He wasn't even struggling.
    My question is, is that even ****ing possible to do natural? Like most bodybuilders and people on roids are only benching 405 for a few reps...
    Sry if this is a dumb question im just so surprised.

    i had a friend who goes to UNLV now who could do 405 for like 3 i think he may of done more its been awhile he maxed out with me spotting at 465 @ 19 or 20 yrs old natural so its possible.

    it's highly unlikely anyone is benching 405 for reps naturally
    If they are naturally huge and been training for a long time I guess it's possible, but still highly unlikely.

    i really think it depends on the dude's weight... the fat lineman in my school (and I can close my eyes and pick any of them), pushes quite a lot.... but I'm not so sure they can do 400+ for reps, I have seen them jump on those machines and push the whole stack without much effort (although it's been a while so I don't know how much the full stack is).

    My friend benched 475 in competition natural.

    I have only trained for 11 months. last time I Barbell benched,I got 300ish.

    If I kept using it,I could see getting that in 1 year max.

    Should only take maybe 2 years or So

    Ill take a pic of this guy, he has a big belly but its not fat. It just protrudes out weirdly. He didn't even warm up, no wrist or elbow wraps or anything.

    Edit: This guy isnt fat either...nothing like a lineman. It looks like he has pure hygiene, didn't get to see if he had a ton of acne or injection marks.

    If Layne Norton can squat 600 naturally, I'm pretty sure a 400lb bench for reps can be done, but very hard to attain brah.

    I could get back up there naturally (2yrs since last cycle) repping 405 for sets of 3-5 by summer if I were to postpone my cycle that's supposed to start in 10 days..

    I know a few guys in my area that are hitting 405 x 6 - 8 naturally.

    Biggest drug tested raw squat is 804 lbs without knee wraps and 953 lbs with wraps. They are powerlifting/low bar squats though. This is an olympic high bar squat.

    yeah another guy was benchin 4 plates for reps, but he was very short like 5'5-5'6 and he looked fkin disgusting he was the perfect example of a short guy trying to compensate for his height

    I hope to eventually get a few reps out of 405 in my lifetime.

    All the guys in my gym that have repped above 3 plates have been on juice.

    I don't even...
    I did 3 plates for 1 rep after a year of lifting without juice, so you definitely don't need it for that weight

    Err I know that... as I said my goal is 405 for reps natty. I will probably get to 3 plates in 3 months.
