Failing to do something that you want to do in this case would make you one. Plus planning to drink qualifies you. I'd know, I've had an assessment done by a doc.
Excuses to keep down a path you don't necessarily want followed up with saying you're getting tired of beer yet keep returning to square 1.
I'm not attacking you, just calling you out based of what you've said. I quit drinking 2 years ago. Without a doubt the BEST life choice I have ever made to date. Also, maybe skip the notes and add weight changes instead so people can see your results.

Got pretty hammered last night and had a great time with my friends. There is a bit of regret as I am typing this particular post, especially after reading/responding to the post above. But I will not lie. This log is nothing but honesty no matter what. We all have struggles and one of mine is binge drinking. Maybe I am an alcoholic, maybe I'm not. If I am it is definitely mentally as my body never craves it. I just look forward to letting loose and letting go. I was looking at youtube videos a while back and came across a lecture by Eckhart Tolle (Power of Now Author). He said that alcohol is used to put people into the "now". It is almost a meditation when someone is buzzed as you are living/existing in the moment with no thought of past or future (for the most part). Of course he said that it becomes a problem as you begin to go out of control the more you get drunk.LOGIC / emotion = CONTROL

(Fast Day) Nutrition:
Dinner - Chicken Stirfry (garlic, onions, mushrooms, cilantro, jalapenos, spinach, kale, chard), Bowl of Chex in Chocolate Almond Milk
Totals:
800 Cals and 110g protein
Notes:
Pretty good fast day. It is a little more challenging then Monday but it was alright. The key for me is to stay busy so I stopped by IKEA, got a hair cut, and watched a movie. The chicken stirfry was so good and filling. Can you call it a stirfry if you don't use soy sauce?
Also, I pulled something doing deadlifts on Wednesday. My neck is so sore and stiff. It's my fault for sh!tty form. I was in a rush for some reason and didn't take the time I usually do. Oh well. Lesson learned.LOGIC / emotion = CONTROL

Pretty good Friday. I typically will usual go out for lunch Friday's but I don't like eating too much because it leaves me less room in total Cals to work with for the rest of the day. Maybe I'll start taking lunch. IDK.LOGIC / emotion = CONTROL
