It was inspired by a dish my mom used to make
Agreed. XT rocks.
It was simple! I cooked some ground sirloin with onion, garlic powder, black pepper and some cumin. I cooked some diced potato and green pepper in a bit of smart balance, then I mixed all that with 50g. spicy bbq sauce. Preheated the oven to 400 and added the ingredients to a small bake safe bowl and added 30g. chedder cheese. Then mixed up a serving of bisquick with water, topped it off and baked it for 15 mins. Was good
I have t-mobile right now.. hmm, I can just ask them for a code? intradesting!

i've been with verizon since i first got a cell, and TBH haven't ever had any trouble. a lot of people don't like them, but where i'm from it's the best service around. i'm def. not completely loyal to them, just too lazy to shop around and see if there's better lol

Pretty happy about my last 2 workouts before my deload. I foam rolled and stretched like crazy the day before my last lower session, and what do you know, squats felt 1000x better lol. I'm going to force myself to stretch and foam roll on the daily. I can't believe how much tight hip flexors can limit one's squat.
In other news, our team lost this weekend 7-6. It was a dog fight. We were winning 6-0 till the last minute and a half. They marched down the field on us and scored on 4th and goal. Then their PAT was successful, so yeah... lol. 5-2 though with 1 more regular season game left. Then it's playoffs!!
So, onto the good stuff... the eats!

Some good sessions there Billy!
Definitely agree re: the foam rolling. Staying loose just gives you one less thing to worry about while squatting. I'm convinced that there is a big mental component to "feeling tight" while squatting. Physically I don't think it makes a HUGE difference unless you have a big issue, but that feeling of tightness really limits to the ability to squat with confidence. If you're loose, you just don't care and the reps end up so much better.

It could be more mental, but I just don't feel as strong coming out of the hole when I'm tight. So I think it does affect me on a more physical aspect as well... then again, that could all be mental . I'm probably going mental!!!
Why thank you, kind sir!
And I will be done with Tmobile soon, too! Sick of contracts and crappy phones lol

bwx6 (3 sets)
upright rows
65x12 (3 sets)
dips
bwx15

Finally, my last day on the deload. I loathe deloading, but I realize that it's a necessary evil. I'm taking tomorrow completely off, and then starting up with week 1 of Smolov jr on Monday! I'm totally stoked. It's going to be a brutal 3 weeks, but I'm totally peppered for some true pain!
My football team is going to playoffs!! We'll be getting the schedule this week to see who we play week 1. I'm just hoping it isn't Glen Ellyn, they spanked us already this year lol. I must admit, I'm pretty proud of the kids. They have shown a lot of improvement over these past few months, and I'm going to miss them. Oh well, life goes on!
Eats have been fairly tame. I dropped calories a bit after talking to Bob. I looked back and told him my rate of gain over the past few weeks and we both decided that dropping cals by 150 for the deload would be in my best interests. So, I basically went from being full all the time to being ravenous again. Can't seem to find a middle ground!! lol. Anyways... here's some notworthy eats.
chocolatey pb proats w home made rice crispy, pb, snickers pb2
truetein cinnabun proats w capn cr
english muffin mini burgers, tj onion rings, rice crispy w cookie butter, tj pumpkin muffin, green beans
chocolate pancakes w chocolate sludge, an a$$load of pb and reeses mini eggs
cinnamon pumpkin cake w cocoa casein gy, cookie butter
