    cardio between meals?

Im bulking currently and want to do 30 minute cardio session 3 times a week just to keep stamina and lose some lower ab fat. I wonder if:

    a) it is best to eat a meal 2 h before, do cardio, take shower and eat next planned meal after some time
    b) do cardio on an empty stomach
    c) do cardio last thing before bed
    d) it really doesnt matter, just do cardio anytime during a day

    what is your anwser?

Doesn't really matter, do cardio when you want.
Short cuts to success are often paved with lies.

It doesn't matter outside of how it affects your performance. I don't like to eat near cardio

Cardio or eat? Either is fine. I'd be careful about cardio as I usually feel energized and my prevent sleep

    D.

If you burn 300 calories doing cardio in the morning, it will have the same overall effect as if you burned 300 calories midday, after a meal, before bed, during the night, or in six short workouts of 50 calories each.

    300 calories = 300 calories.

Do cardio when it fits your schedule and don't fret.
