I've searched quite a bit in the archives for information on stability balls, and I couldn't find anything that satisfied my curiosity. Personally, I've used the ball for almost three years now, and I've had success with it in developing specific motor skills for my sport.
Now I want to expand the range of possible uses for the ball that have knowledge of. So my question is, what are some really unique exercises for the ball that aren't commonly seen?

I guess this is supposed to be one of those threads where we talk about idiots in the gym using stability balls for curls and such.....and eventually someone will post the .gif with the guy doing squats on the stability ball...and then a beautiful woman with the stability ball with the black frame caption at the bottom, etc.
ha ha ha ha, heh heh heh, ho ho ho -*sarcasm*-. let's get it out our system early and move on. There's nothing new here, just another thread rerun.
