Ive seen many creatine studies and I dont remember seeing any of them that reported cramping. That said consider cutting back to 3-5 grams and see if that helps. Also look at the other stuff in the creatine supplement. It should only have creatine monohydate and nothing else

No. If you are taking 10 grams a day, you will be fully saturated in 10 days. 180 grams in a week is an utter waste. The typical LOADING protocol has you ingest 25 grams per day for 5-7 days.
Are you working outside in hot temps while not drinking enough water? There is a possibility that the cramping may be from such a scenario. Also, how many grams per day have you been ingesting for the last week?

Creatine/Cramps
I thought I was drinking enough but I guess not. Right I'm loading (15-20 grams per day) and I've had moderate ab cramps since I started. I'll up the water intake and see if that helps. From what I've studied loading isn't required with Mono, but suggested with Micronized. I'm doing the micronized so I would appreciate any info/advice y'all might have.
Thanks.

That is wrong info.
Micronized just means smaller particles. That's it. So if you can buy plain mono or micronized mono, you want micronized because it dissolves better.
loading is not required or better for ANY form of creatine. Loading simply allows you to reach the saturation point faster. A side effect is that because you are using a larger dose, you tend to experience GI discomfort.
