    elbow joint pain?

    When i do tripceps i get a pain above the elbow, right before the triceps start. I feel like its the pump on my triceps that causes pressure on the area or something because, for the first set im fine, 2nd set i can feel it, 3rd set it gets really bad.

    Im doing SS so its not that detrimental to growth because i find its only on tricep isolation movements like pushdowns or skullcrushers, so i just cut the optional tricep work out.

    Anyone have experience with this sort of thing? eventually im going to need to do tricep isolation movements and i dont want to be pushing through bad pains

    all i could suggest is taking fish oil tablets, they promote joint health and also help heal the cartilige surrounding the joint. but no pain no gain brother, it might just be your joint working for once.
