Hey, well this time last year I was just shy of 15 stone, I've managed to get down to 11 stone now. About 4 months ago I plucked up the courage to join a gym. I'm having trouble with what should I be doing to widen my chest and narrow my waist as I feel like my (hips?) stick out and don't look right, I'll attach some pictures for help.
Any ideas on what I should be doing?
My current chest workout is -
DB Incline Press
DB Flat Press
Chest Press Machine
low cable chest fly
My shoulder workout is -
Seated Military Press
DB Lateral Raise
DB Front Raise
Shoulder Shrugs
Ab Workout -
Bosu Crunches (30x3)
Yoga Ball Cruch (30x3)
Reverse Yoga Ball Crunch (20x3)
Plank (3x)
Is it these routines that I should be changing up?
