    Baked potatoes from the oven.

Would you guys rather throw them in the microwave or the oven? I tried microwave but I don't want to be microwaving every meal due to cancer so I prefer putting it in the toaster oven. How many degrees and how many minutes do you leave it in the oven?

I put my potatoes in the microwave for 5-6 mins, pre heat the oven to 200-225, oven bake for around 45mins, nice crispy skin, soft and fluffy on the inside.

Mouth watering...... can't do, it's not about fat loss anymore, it's about my blood sugar and the horrible ways my body deals with carbs. Can't wait to cheat for Thanksgiving though.

Don't you start - you were the one doing keto and wouldn't listen to me when I said no need to cut carbs, then accused me of trying to sabotage someones dieting

Oven tastes 100 x better.... but 5 min vs 50 min..... I usually go Microwave.

After a workout is nice though. I come home, drink my shake and then throw a couple potatoes in the oven. By the time I shower, shave, change, and prepare the protein for my meal the potatoes are done

I'd rep you for teh lulz provided, but I'm tapped, OP.

Actually, it makes little sense to run an oven for an hour (especially considering the cost of that much energy) to perform a function that a microwave will do in 5 minutes.
    No brain, no gain.

I thought the oven would only take like 10-15 minutes?

No, it takes a long time. First time I ever made them I couldn't believe it. 'Bout tree fiddy to 375 for around an hour. No joke.
