Which preworkout supp to buy

Ive only used assault and jack3d. Both were good, but i would go with assault.

How'd you like SP250?

I still have 2.5 cans left. I alternate it with SuperPumpMAX. I've really grown to like the MAX....good sustained pumps and energy without any creepy, cracked out feeling. I tried Jack3d and gave the can away quickly. Stuff was just too stim loaded for me.

If I try anything next, it will be White Flood.

Ya most of the preWO formulas these days are so damn strong, I am unsure how people train on them. SP-Max is a good trendsetter for getting away from the 1,3 dimethyl and high doses of caffeine.

Jack3d is good and has been my go-to for awhile now. I also used Quake 10.0 (I guess is called Novem now) which I really liked too. Assault never really did anything for me and I wasn't a fan of the taste of it. You can't go wrong with Jack3d though.

can't go wrong with ErgoPump NMT, man. The reviews have been nothing short of sterllar, it has a stim profile that is actually unique in the category, and provides a full daily serving of creatine.

I'm currently using Jack3d, but will be switching to Lit Up by Applied Nurician. Jack3d is good, but it takes 3 scoops to get a kick.

Those samples of Universal Rage were good. Caffeine based pre but was a good strong stim for a boost.

Stims- Novem, Fierce, white flood, Xpand,

Non Stim- Hemavol, clout, ultima

or better yet pick one from each list and stack it.

Just look for something with proper dosing of ingredients.

You two....try Fierce. You don't need more than 1 scoop, trust me. Focus and energy are great, but endurance, pumps, and strength are outstanding, and it doesn't come infused with crash.

Launch = citrulline, nitrates, nootropics, stims = crazy focus, energy, endurance.

Fierce = much larger doses of creatine, nitrates, beta alanine, l-aspartic acid, and a solid dose of nootropics and stims = sick pumps, endurance, strength, focus

Launch = 5.5gr actives per serving

Fierce = 14gr actives per serving

out of the ones being listed, are any of the non stim ones good for some help when im doing mma?

i take a stim one with my morning weights but looking for a non stim to help give me energy for MMA/conditioning and cardio later in day. dont care about pumps.
