Not doing so well weight has been going up and down and I was really bad this weekend had pizza and mc fat for breakfast and lunch since I had duty. Been lacking on motivation and working out. Going had this week though doing a mcmap which is lots of excercising and cardio work. Also doing gym 3 times a week on top of this. Tried egg white omlete with ham.... Disgusting lol! Never again.

Macros in for the day: 2,111 192 61 212 (cals, carbs, fats, pro).. feel really good about this intake today. Hopefully, I'll drop a few lbs on tomorrow's weigh in.
Had a good session at the gym today. Did chest and back. Also played ping pong for about 45 minutes today as well. Should have had a pretty decent deficit today. Need to stat focused on diet. These last 5-10 lbs are the hardest, yet, most rewarding physically.Aug of 2010 - 330 lbs <--- Never Forget

260lbs - the EC stack seems to be exactly what I needed to reignite the weight loss furnace. I'm only lifting weights twice a week due to the fact that I am doing a PSMF and I am not getting anywhere near enough food to fuel and recover from more than that. Just doing the bare minimum to keep muscle and strength from completely disappearing.

Seven days late, but count me in (I'll PM my weight in the AM, already sent to PM to say I'm in--and thank you for the graciousness of accepting those late to the party).
I've missed the handful of you from previous comps! And hello to those I've missed during my own hiatus to weight gain. I have gain 10 pounds and a percentage of body fat since I last reported my stats. I've been too embarrassed to update my bodyspace page. I kept thinking I'd lose the weight! Now that the cat's out of the bag, looks like I need to come clean there, too. Sigh.
The good news is that I've increased my lean muscle mass (as per calipers), and because I can lift more weight. That's a good thing. Now, it's high time I drop weight, and meet that 20% body fat goal I've been talking about since June.
Goodness, I've really missed this kind of comraderie! It's good to be back!Kristin "Never mind your failures today...get back on that horse and RIDE!"
The scale does not own me. :)

Ok, weighing in at 270 this morning, kind of disappointing but I do notice a small difference in my gut as far as it being not as bloated. and last week was a toughy, lost power here for about 4 days here up in the north east. this week is full steam, I'm getting this diet/calrories/macros thing down now it's time to hit the kettlebells head on.

Morning peeps... Weight was back down 2.4 lbs from yesterday's high weight of 179. My official weigh in was 176.6, which is disappointingly 1.4 lbs over my starting weight. Typically, when I don't lose weight in one week, I make up for it the following week. Going to diet hard all week and do a refeed on Sunday. Hopefully, I can hit the 174 number before refeed day.
