I feel you bro, although it gets fun later.

During various occasions, fat and unhealthy people always offer me a cake or some useless candy and get offended when I refuse.

So they continue to insist me on eating some useless crap, I laugh inside at their continuous attempts to break my character and discipline.

I'm not that big either, so it makes me look like a skinny health freak

I don't agree with this. I feel so much better after having fruit-derived fructose (in moderation, ~50-80g per day) as my only carb source.

liver glycogen stores somewhat full daily (assuming the avg stores can hold ~100g), muscle glycogen will be depleted (0g/day), then refeed days (w/ no fructose or fats) once/twice a week is my plan.

So much ignorance in this post.

You don't have to eat sugar to get glucose. Carbohydrates are converted to glucose when broken down in your body. Those include: rice, noodles, etc. Even if you don't eat carbs at all, your body will then use protein or fats to convert that into glucose.

My mentor who competed in winter Olympics many times (and all his teammates) were on a "no sugar" diet during training and competitions as well. They must keep their mind sharp and this is exactly why they did it.

Don't even start on refined sugar vs. fruit sugar. Simple google search will answer all your questions. Furthermore, all this crap that is in soda, processed foods, sauces etc. isn't even a sugar, it's a high-fructose corn syrup.
