There seem to be many supplements that include either Omega 3, or Omega 3 with 6, 9, etc:
Krill Oil (http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/now/krilloil.html)
Salmon Oil (http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/now/salmon.html)
Flax Seed Oil (http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/now/flax.html)
Omega 3 (http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/now/ultra3.html)
Omega 3, 6, 9 (http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/now/omega.html)
Olive Oil
Primrose Oil
Borage Oil
Which one do you think is the best one to take? I feel like Flax Seed Oil is a good source that has all 3 Omegas, but not sure how others stack up to it.
Any ideas?

You can use NOW fish oil or SAN's product http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/san/tri.html. SAN's product is more expensive, but it is quality. I wouldn't be too concerned with krill oil since it is a lot more expensive than standard fish oil.
Edit - Flax isn't a good solo source of Omega 3 fatty acids. Your body has to convert the omega 3's in flax to EPA/DHA, and the conversion isn't 100%.HALEO Lead Forum Representative

I'm personally using the following:
NOW Ultra Omega 3 & Olympian Labs Krill Oil.
I take 4 soft gels of Now Ultra Omega 3 and 2 soft gels of Olympian Labs Krill Oil daily.
It comes out to 3g of EPA/DHA and 1g of Krill oil daily.
Edit: I've also used SAN Triple Fish Fats. I usually pick up either/or whenever there is a great deal. Just so happens I found a good deal on NOW's a little while back.

No burps with Animal Omega, yes it's more pills but it's very complete and comprehensive. It covers all your EFA needs and is formulated for bodybuilders diets which are not the typical western diet.
For those that just want fish oil, this is very high quality and economically priced and no burps as well:

Curious as to how/why CL Oximega beats NOW Ultra Omega 3?
Pricing per bodybuilding.com
NOW Ultra Omega 3
3 - 180 softgels (750mg of EPA/DHA per softgel) - 405,000mg of EPA/DHA
Price - $58.97
That comes out to .087 cents per 600mg of EPA/DHA
CL Oximega
3 - 120 softgels (600mg of EPA/DHA per softgel) - 216,000
Price - $35.90
That comes out to .099 cents per 600mg of EPA/DHA
If you matched CL Oximega EPA/DHA to NOWs you would end up paying $7.85 more for the CL product.
I have no dog in the fight...just wondering your thought process. The only thing I think might be worth paying more for is brand loyalty and the fact that Controlled Labs publishes more testing than most companies.
I personally only have a select few companies I would purchase Fish Oil from...Controlled Labs being one of them.
