I'm around 5'7" 115 pounds female and I'd like to gain 15-20 lbs. I try to get to the gym at least 3 times per week I do abit of cardio and spend most of my time there using weights. Currently I don't have a nutrition plan and don't eat as well as I would like to, reason being is I have no idea what I should be eating and how often to help me achieve my goals. Also I find it very hard to eat early in the morning if there is anything drinkable that you guys have to recommend that I can have in the morning.
