    Day 1
    So far so good. I took the recommended dosage of both products yesterday. I had a great workout w/ more energy than usual, so thanks Lipoburn! I had a bit of a headache later in the day, not sure if this is related or not.

    Day 2
    Off day from the gym.

    Clearly more energy than normal. Still got a bit of a headache in the afternoon, probably the caffaine. I had someone ask me if my sleep was distubred or I had trouble falling asleep... I didn't. I slept soundly and had no trouble falling asleep. No idea why I didn't mention this yeasterday, but I'm so glad my office is near the restroom. I had to pee all day. Not a suprising side effect for a diuretic I suppose

    I only weight myself at the gym... update tomorrow!

    Day 3

    So far so good. Taking the 2 capsules of Lipoburn before my workout produces a noticeable effect. It gives me great clean energy that carries on after the gym. Side note, I do work out first thing in the morning and take the Lipoburn appox. 20 minutes before I begin working out (as directed on the bottle). Still got a mild headache later in the evening, but I am a bit sensitive to supplements and it is getting better. I've been told to make sure I'm getting enough water, we'll see if this helps.

    I'm no longer putting the "Day" at the top of the log since I missed the day before last and blah blah...
    Still got good clean energy. I figured weight loss would occur, but it's actually happening faster than I thought it would. Next week is the off week for DPX CUTS, so this should either confim or deny if all the weight has been water loss. Nothing but good things so far...

    Awesome. I've had consistently above average energy. It's great because it isn't like an energy drink or anything like that; it is a consistent, clean, high energy level w/o a crash or sudden onset jitters. I like it a lot.

    No trouble sleeping. Admittedly, I was worried about this prior to trying the product, but have not experienced any issues with sleep. In fact, I think I actually sleep better on workout days because I am so physically tired from the extra energy I get during the workout. Just to simplify... on workout days, I am more physically tired throughout the day but do not have a lack in energy. This tiredness, is more of a physical nature, IE muscle soreness. The label says, do not take within 5-6 hours of sleep... and I don't.

    Going good! Still above average, no sleeping problems. I've lost about 1/4 of an inch in stomach, which I’m quite happy about

    My workouts have been great. Taking Lipoburn prior to workout gives me an extra boost of energy that is noticeable. I always work out first thing in the morning, and this is a great time for taking my first dosage of the day.

    My cardio is usually about 10-15 minutes of HIIT on a treadmill at a %2.5-3 incline, occasionally longer. I’m sure more cardio would aid with the weight loss, but I’m usually worn out after lifting. I always do cardio after lifting.

    Diet wise, I’ve been increasing my protein intake and trying to cut out more of the crap. The protein change is for muscle building, but I’m trying to mix this with weight loss by eating more egg whites vs whole eggs. I’m also trying to substitute ground turkey instead of ground beef when I get the chance. Small changes, but it is paying off!

    On a side note, my work schedule has been different the past three days and has messed up my normal workout routine/time; I should be back on track tomorrow.

    I finally got back on track with the workouts; I had some work emergencies that completely messed up my workout schedule for the past couple of days. At any rate, got in a great workout this morning. After not taking Lipoburn for a few days, I noticed the lack of energy compared to the days before where I was supplementing. Great clean energy persisted throughout the day today. Tomorrow, I’ll start back on adding DPX Cuts into the routine.

    Things are going well, no ill side effects and no sleep disturbances to report.
    As a side note, I’m really grateful for the easy dosage guidelines. I take 2 Lipoburn before my morning workout, and 2 pills again with 2 DPX Cuts before lunch. The label says 2-3 pills for the Lipoburn, but 2 seems to be working well for me and I don’t really see any reason to try the 3 currently.

    2 pills seems to do the trick for most people. Some need the 3 if they are very stim resistant.

    Another great workout, the extra energy did a great job getting me through a tough leg workout.
    Interestingly enough, the DPX Cuts did make have to go the restroom as much on this time around. I’m two days into my second dosage (one week on, one week off).

    I've had to out of town for the past few days on work related business. In other words, sorry for the lack of consistent updates. However, I did in get another great workout yesterday. I can actually see my bench press improving. I know 180 is what most guys on here warm up at, but it’s my new 1RM. So thank you Lipoburn for the extra energy to put on some weight on the bar.
