I personally define clean as lacking preservatives and being a food that is generally whole in nature. I define lean as food that is relatively low in fat.

    Clean foods:
    1. Veggies (pretty much all)
    2. Meat without preservatives
    3. Fruits (virtually all, I don't like dried)
    4. Fresh bread.
    5. Nuts
    6. Cheese
    7. Yoghurt
    8. Cottage Cheese
    9. Milk (whole)

    Lean foods:
    1. Chicken breast
    2. Sirloin Steak
    3. Bison meats
    4. 96/4 ground beef

    Lean and Clean:
    Everything I listed above.
