Worked on starting with my hips more underneath me @ the start & elbows high. Lean wasn't too bad here.

how do you like the snatch grip deads? I've been repping them off blocks a bit lately, they destroy the upper back.

I've never done those SGD before so I'm not too sure about them. If I had to guess, I think Wade put them in there to work on really getting my ass down before I pull sice he told me to go into a full snatch position before I initiated the pullBetter Body Sports
