    Force myself into the gym?

*Recently went about fixing my sleep schedule, I worked nights for a few years stopped and could never sleep at night until recently I have forced myself too. The problem is I am constantly tired and ready to sleep during the day and this has been keeping me out of the gym.

*My question is do I force myself into the gym in my tired state or wait till my circadian rhythm is fixed and hit it hard.

I say wait but only because im not you. If your tired you might makes mistakes in the gym which could hurt you and therefore further cripple your progress. But in the end only you know your body lifting might even help who knows.

Well I would be unlikely to get hurt but I would probably only be giving about 30% effort at any one time which is why getting hurt is*unlikely. I have been sleeping "normal" for a week and still can barely keep my eyes open during the day, no clue how much longer this is gonna take.

I work overnight and my sleep scheduleis terrible so I know where you are coming from. You definitely need to regulate your sleep pattern but I suggest you hit the gym i n the meantime. It may help your sleeping.

*My sleeping is fine for the most part the hard part is staying awake. I sleep like a baby at night now since I am struggling to stay awake all day and I just crash at night.

Also does anyone know why my posts keep getting*asterisks added all over the place? Haven't used the forums in a while.*

It won't matter if u get to the gym...if u head to the gym when tired, u won't be able to put as much effort, and will only be counterproductive becuz u won't be able to stimulate ur muscles hence not making progress
