[QUOTE=peace2011;713913121]Human beings have unnecessary flesh or fats because majority of people have guaranteed food and hanging flesh looks dirty.
My understanding says that people who have hanging flesh they are more likely to be attacked by dangerous animals because animals target heavy body which has more flesh.
Also if you observe tribal people they do not have perfect body figure because they have to work hard for a living.
If you have free time and you develop good body shape and you show off, this is wrong.

Reading the language of the 'bill,' I am seeing that she, as well as these other signers, intend that children and women be protected from being coerced or forced into 'all forms of pornography' - and, please, keep in mind that I see Bachmann as nothing more than another pretty, inflammatory political mouthpiece, so I'm not supporting her - but nonetheless, like so many noble intentions, I see flaws in her, and their, thinking.
First of all, they only pledge to protect 'women and children' - and let's not kid ourselves here, people, they mean women and GIRLS. Males and boys are part of the skin trade, too, but because they have penises, our society demands that they enjoy it, regardless of the circumstances that led to their sexual imprisonment. Regardless of their own feelings. Regardless of the suffering, confusion and outright terror they feel.
This leads me to my second point: there are already laws against these things. There are already organizations that combat human trafficking. What their 'bill' amounts to is nothing more than yet another lopsided show of support for humans with vaginas - WHITE humans with vaginas, no doubt. It's a political ploy, not an honest declaration of intent against human sex trafficking.ignore list: MuscleXtreme

peace2011: what other human actions and thoughts do you intend to use force of violence, the threat of terrorism, and a maniacal, all-invasive police state to ban? It's Friday, so I'm going to Cold Stone and Five Guys tonight, and I'm thinking about how yummy the ice cream and bacon burger will taste. Should I be imprisoned, perhaps tortured, publicly beheaded and executed, for my gluttony, even though I'm training to be a nurse so I can help people (intending to join Doctors Without Borders when possible and assist them in their work), and I eat a lean, natural, whole foods diet the rest of the week? I'm also going to wear nice clothes when I go out tonight - should I be tied to a stake, flames set to my feet, while someone pours water over my head and torso to keep my alive while I feel the fire consuming my legs because I chose to spend money on something I decided was worth it?
Your ideas are interesting, thought-provoking - your choice of how to achieve such a state for humans is, however, nonetheless ineffective and decidedly goes against the supposed concern you feel for your fellow man.ignore list: MuscleXtreme

Do you realize that the quote you posted (and that Bachmann signed onto) talks about protecting children from pornography (among other things)? Nowhere do I see the word ban. Nowhere in the Bachmann campaign do I see this logic being applied to society at large. If anyone has actual evidence that she beleives in a porn ban, I'd love to see it so I can drop my support. But if you're going to twist some poorly written pandering crap that she signed to mean something it doesn't, I just gotta LOL at you and the gullible idiots that are taking you at face value ITT

Please come down from Mount Olympus and explain how banning pornography, which is a common goal among religious groups similar in doctrine to those affiliated with the Bachmann family, is not a logical conclusion as to a potential course of action for someone who pledges to uphold the following statement.
Humane protection of women and the innocent fruit of conjugal intimacy — our next generation of American children — from human trafficking, sexual slavery, seduction into promiscuity, and all forms of pornography and prostitution, infanticide, abortion and other types of coercion or stolen innocence.Disciple of the tire flip and Utilikilt.

Bachman was a nutjob whacko well before she signed this pledge. I am not a huge fan of Obama, but I do think he is better than the Republican candidates out there and he is salivating at the thought of her running against him in the presidential election.

Sounds to me like this article was poorly written and can be interpreted in many different ways - no doubt this was the preexisting intention of its writers and signers. We should not be surprised. Certainly, it would be simple to make a leap from 'we should protect women and girls from human sex trafficking' to 'we must eradicate pornography in order to protect women and girls from human sex trafficking' . . . as if banning pornography would somehow quell the human need for sex and sexuality. Why don't they ban makeup while they're at it, and skirts, and only allow people to look at underwear in a store behind closed doors, and only the after signing their name and providing ID so that they then can be entered into a sex offender registry and be tracked for their perversions.
It's a political ploy, nothing more. Bachmann doesn't give a rusty brown **** about protecting humans from being forced into sex. I fail to see how the nee and desire to protect humans from sex trafficking ultimately means there should be a crusade against human sexual urges. And yet that is exactly what this article implies.ignore list: MuscleXtreme

Oh, good. They just keep talking and talking.
From the group that created the bill:
"No peer-reviewed empirical science or rational demonstration has ever definitively proven, nor has even shown an overwhelming probability that homosexual preference or behavior is irresistible as a function of genetic determination or other forms of fatalism,"
From the lovely Mrs. Bachmann:
"Slavery had a disastrous impact on African-American families, yet sadly a child born into slavery in 1860 was more likely to be raised by his mother and father in a two-parent household than was an African-American baby born after the election of the USA’s first African-American President,"

Hahah porn is more treasured than drugs/money/liberty
good luck with that crazy lady
I read an article for a study looking at the effects of porn on modern men (don't remember source, probably NPR), the study failed because they couldn't find men who DIDN'T watch porn as a control group, trollololol

I know I'm digressing, but when did "fap" become a verb? The dictionary at (http://www.dictionary.reference.com) says that "fap" means "drunk."
