When i started out i had ZERO muscle mass, my bench was about 95 x 4. Lifts now are :
Bench - 265
Deadlift - 345
Squat - 315
Incline DB - 90's for 8
BEFORE - 6 foot 150 pounds.
NOW - 6 foot 177 pounds.. shot from the park today just messing around playing baseball.

I dont really have a set routine, just listen to my body and typically use a 5 day split. I've done everything from strength training to dropsets and supersets. Its all about the intensity of your workout.Originally Posted by sogeking

Looking good bro. I can't tell how much of that is lighting, I'm 6' 2" 170 and have been working out almost as long as you and don't look like that in normal lighting.
But definitively not knocking your progress!
