Background

The peak of my bodybuilding "career" was about 1.5 years ago, sitting at 185 lbs, 8% BF. About one full year ago now, some health issues arose, and I basically lost everything.

Today (6/26/11) - 163 lbs, 9% BF

The health issues were a blessing in disguise. I had been "jerking" around in bodybuilding, not taking anything too seriously, and following brotastic principles. Since recovering, I am so much more thankful for everything that I am blessed with, and I now pursure bodybuilding to the 100% best of my ability. I live the lifestyle...never miss a session, track my macros every day, and use only the best supplements. In the past 12 months, I have made a ridiculous amount of progress on my physique and strength. Back when I was 113 lbs, I could not even walk. If I jumped, I would fall because my legs were too weak to support me on the way down. I could not bodyweight squat. I could not deadlift the bar. I could not bench the bar. By dedicating my everything to bodybuilding over the past 12 months, I have made more progress than at any other point in my life. And for that I am thankful.

-Starting bloodwork could not be attained for this log as I am now only required to get it once every 3 months. My last 2 blood panels showed 241 ng/dl and 240 ng/dl testosterone. Since then I ran iForce Reversitol v2 for 28 days, but have now also cycled off it for a month, so T levels should be at baseline again. I will be getting mid-cycle bloodwork done on August 15, right before I head back to college.
-Starting pics will be uploaded as soon as I get a camera. The phone pics come out soo sh!tty, and I can't pose because I always end up blocking my physique. Any tips on how to take good pics WITHOUT an actual camera?
-I am very in tune with my body. I know what works and what doesn't. Being borderline hypogonadal, it is very noticeable when I feel an increase in testosterone. There will be no placebo in this log.

-The low energy associated with cutting/low carbs is beginning to set in, even with EC for that extra kick. I'm really looking to see if BFv3 can quell or even reverse this feeling.
-As mentioned earlier, I have a tough time retaining muscle on a cut. Again, this is something else I'll be looking for with v3.
-I am going to be dosing it 2/2. Seeing as I only weigh 163 lbs, this should mean big things . As it is, the cycle will last 45 days, but I'm hoping by day 30 there is enough evidence to convince me to buy a 3rd bottle and keep the cycle going even longer.

4 a day. High for someone my weight (3 is recommended), but I want more than just some modest benefits...I want to feel normal again
