    I do not like Xtend....I didn't like tingling and mine never mixed well...it was so annoying. I gave it away lol. Hope it works better for you!!

    First OBF contest and i'm fairly new to the site. I've been athletic, but always 225-240 range most of my teenage/adult life up till few months ago. I've worked out off and on without any real knowledge on diet so I kinda yo yo'd for the longest time after high school. Then about 4 months ago something just kinda clicked with me...and I just started eating less, running alot, and lifting. After the first 20 lbs I hit up BB.com and got a handle on creating an intelligent diet for myself. Since then I've dropped from about 240ish to 205. In 2 weeks it'll mark 4 months since I got serious about this whole thing so I'm hoping to be below 200 at that point.

    But aside from the rambling, I kind of just stumbled upon the transformation contest 2 days before the sign up dead line. I'm still writing my transformation story so I figured I might as well join this since I'm headed that way anyhow and I'm sure I can learn a few things.

    i like xtend...watermelon is good and the apple i have now is delish. i enjoyed some during my IF window, 2 scoops 40 cals.

    I liked Xtend, but I really am enjoying the ON Amino Energy and ON's BCAA stacked for a wo drink. Just took some on a long hike in almost 100 degree weather and did fine. Feel great right now. Hot, sweaty, but great.

    Got my before pics taken. Going to post them a bit later after I get done working. It ain't pretty, folks. But then, was it ever? hah.

    i was doing 5 days per week, layne norton PHAT routine. weight sessions avg 1hr 10 mins, add in some warmups, mobility type stuff 90 mins id say. minimal cardio but changing it now to 5-6 days per week weights and wanna start 3x 20 mins cardio.

    So I take it this means you do ONE workout per day, 5 days a week and merging that with cardio... Cause Im trying to figure out what I should do for myself... Once or twice per day. I dont wanna overdo it, but I dont wanna underdo it either, ya know?

    Going to do first workout of the contest tonight Don't know if Beefcake changed things up for me, or if i'll just be continuing my "linear progression" of adding 5-10lbs per workout, to each exercise.

    Lately i've been getting awefully close to maxing out on things like bench press and deadlift... That stuff is getting heavy as hell! I'll update in my log tonight hopefully.

    I also looked, Beefie- Even using ctrl and + keys, I zoomed in all the way to just the screen and no date is visible to me. Its too blurry. Maybe you can hook your laptop to a TV for a bigger picture? OR just get a close up shot of your laptop right next to your face, then keep that website up for the rest of the photos you already took???
