I very definitely think my body was going through withdrawals today from no junk food. It is my fourth day of dieting and I was in the most foul mood. But then tonight I went to the grocery store and went down the aisle for frozen blueberries- walked past the ice cream and frozen cakes and felt no cravings- I actually looked forward to getting the frozen fruit instead.
Good luck to everybody. Hope everyone is psyched to get started.

Good job!! Some days I have no cravings for that kind of stuff, but every now and then I cave in get a little something.
I started about a year ago. My main reason for wanting to lose weight because I felt really uncomfortable in my body. I was at my heaviest and I was still holding on to my baby weight. I wouldnt consider myself a vet.

orange and banana? Interesting combo.
Yesterday as I was driving home I was craving the freshness a salad...I think I was uber thirsty lol. It's pretty cool when that happens

weird...
I'm almost done by 5lb banana myo... gonna try something else next. Not a bad protein but not for me anymore. Need lactose free 100%
Regarding the pictures...
I took KombatKy1e's at my place with my laptop, we might be able to zoom in on the date on the CNN page, but it's probably going to look really bad... I'll need you to let me know if it's no good cause then I'll have to take his pics again. He should have them posted up soon.
It's pretty much the same situation with mine, I tried to take a closeup of the laptop screen but it isn't very clear/easy to see. I should have mine up tonight in the thread.BluePrint Believer!

And a big personal update from the beefcake...
Took my pictures and measurements last night. Pics on the camera at home, but here are the measurements:
Weight @ picture time: 64.7kg = 142.34lbs (not bad for an evening weighin!)
Neck - 12"
Shoulders - 41"
Chest - 35"
Waist(thin) - 28.5"
Waist(belly) - 34.75"
Hips - 40"
Thigh - 20.5"
Knee - 17.5"
Calf - 15.5"
Bicep(flex) - 11.5"
Bicep(relax) - 10.75"
Forearm - 9.5"
Weight and Measurement based goals for the contest --
I want to get down to at least 132lbs (as low as 125lbs) and then I'm going to start gaining some weight slowly. Hopefully ending up around 140lbs with a 6pack but that's a stretch, but thats the direction I'm heading in. How long this takes is... tbd
I want my shoulders, chest, thigh, knee, bicep and forearm measurements to go UP. (This is where I need to build more muscle/don't store much fat)
I want my waist, hip, and calf measurements to go DOWN. (this is where I store fat. yes calves.)BluePrint Believer!

First timer here. I have always been overweight and when I did do diets they only lasted a few weeks (I love food)
I started in March to change my lifestyle -lift weights and go on a "cut" It has been working!! I have lost roughly 12 lbs!!
This transformation is mainly for the motivation to lose weight. However while I lose weight I want to put some definition on my muscles

This is my 4th contest, I believe... I started this journey at 357 pounds. Now I am at 296. Each contest, I have done better and better. Most of my issues are mental. I can do the physical work, but I let something minor get to me and I self destruct. This year will be my best year ever! Without doubt.
