only common thing between what you take and what i take is that my supplements have the pepper fruit extract and the whey(Which i doubt will cause that)....and i have same issue but not daily like once a week!

The bloddy ass side-effect is coming from the GNC Mega Men multivitamin. It took me a long time of modifying mu diet/supplements to figure this out. Not sure what specifically in the multivitamin is doing it. All i know is that when I take these overly-nutrient-rich multivitamins, I get bloody ass, everytime. They can also cause your skin to break out into rashes, or at leadt mild redness/itchyness.
