    So 230lbs for me this week :S I dont feel/look bigger, but oh well lol. Maybe I gained some muscle with all that hard work haha. Anyways, hopefully get that number down next week.

    As for me, despite the hardwork, I am at 171lb this morning. I really dont get it. I have been logging calories meticulously. I readjusted my BRM and maintenance and have been eating at 1700-2000 calories a day. I am a pretty active guy and my maintenance is around 2500-2700 being conservative, yet no loss in number. Gonna keep hitting it hard and trust what i am doing is right but any advice would be appreciated

    allllright everyone back from vacation now so let me get you those results. Vacation was not that good eating wise or vacation wise but hey, crap happens. I am getting my MRI results on my wrist this week too so hopefully I can find out when I can lift again and reclaim some motivation and progress. In the mean time, I need to force myself to do cardio because, while I hate it, I need to do it. aaaaanyways, results!

    Well, had a good week this week!!!! Although we had company out this weekend for a BBQ and a lot of time out on the lake, I still am staying with what I want to average every week.

    187.5 lbs for a loss of 3.5 lbs. I'm a little less worried about this number now than I was before I started taking an EC stack, so I hope that's not a mistake. Also, I ate an 18" pizza this week, so I would have been happy with much less. Everyone else, keep up the hard work.

    I stuck to 800 calories a day or 5 days, the other 2 were 1700, since then I continue to look more and more lean but the scale is not dropping at all. As active as I am, I can't see my maintenance being any lower than 2700.

    Mon/Wed/Fri - Wake p at 6m, job where I am on my feet moving all day picking up various types of metal, 20-50lb boxes, until 5pm, then MMA from 7-9. Tuesday/Thursday - moving all day + heavy lifting for at least an hour. I lift and exercise pretty intensely about 5-6 times a week.

    Seriously, if the scales aren't dropping then you are eating at maintenance even though you have an active job. Reduce cals or exercise more, simple as that.

    Post up a detailed list of your meals too. We can easily help you fix the problems.

    So BigOllie and Tuneyjug: Let me as you this question: Are you trying to lose WEIGHT or are you trying to lose FAT. They are different things. If you are trying to lose FAT then you all are on track, forget the scale, it doesn't matter. If you are trying to lose WEIGHT then lower cals, increase cardio.*In my world, down 2 pounds, which is nice and all but I am dreading to find out how much muscle mass I have lost. I went to the doc to find out I do indeed have a tear in a muscle in my wrist, so I got a cortisone shot and the doc said I am good to start lifting again this week but to take it slow. I bought some gloves with wrist wraps as per his suggestion so I am excited to get back in there. Also found out that I can still run three miles. Long story short, I think I’m picking up steam again! Now here are your results:

    so yesterday I moved a 400 pound mattress with a friend. I definitely have lost strength which stinks (not shocking however), but this morning I weighed myself and im down 3 pounds overnight. WOOOOSHHHH
