Well, I didnt lose as much as I wanted..........I Lost MORE!!!!!!!
Weighed in at 311.6!!!!!!!!! Oh, to get under 300 by the end of the Comp would be SOOOOO sweet!!!!!! I havent been this light since college!!6-1: 336 | 6-10: 328.8 | 6-17: 327.4 | 6-24: 323.8 | Month Total: 12.2lbs

As for me, despite the hardwork, I am at 171lb this morning. I really dont get it. I have been logging calories meticulously. I readjusted my BRM and maintenance and have been eating at 1700-2000 calories a day. I am a pretty active guy and my maintenance is around 2500-2700 being conservative, yet no loss in number. Gonna keep hitting it hard and trust what i am doing is right but any advice would be appreciated

allllright everyone back from vacation now so let me get you those results. Vacation was not that good eating wise or vacation wise but hey, crap happens. I am getting my MRI results on my wrist this week too so hopefully I can find out when I can lift again and reclaim some motivation and progress. In the mean time, I need to force myself to do cardio because, while I hate it, I need to do it. aaaaanyways, results!

Well, had a good week this week!!!! Although we had company out this weekend for a BBQ and a lot of time out on the lake, I still am staying with what I want to average every week.

So BigOllie and Tuneyjug: Let me as you this question: Are you trying to lose WEIGHT or are you trying to lose FAT. They are different things. If you are trying to lose FAT then you all are on track, forget the scale, it doesn't matter. If you are trying to lose WEIGHT then lower cals, increase cardio.*In my world, down 2 pounds, which is nice and all but I am dreading to find out how much muscle mass I have lost. I went to the doc to find out I do indeed have a tear in a muscle in my wrist, so I got a cortisone shot and the doc said I am good to start lifting again this week but to take it slow. I bought some gloves with wrist wraps as per his suggestion so I am excited to get back in there. Also found out that I can still run three miles. Long story short, I think I’m picking up steam again! Now here are your results:
