Well, Crap... Still at 319
Im not realy at a plateu but the past week or so with my grandpa being sick I kinda jumped off the wagon. Havent stoped running in the morning and working out in the evening, but the food choices havent been the greatest.
Gonna hit up the store today and stock up on some better supplies to get back on my diet!!!

Hi all,
Been really busy but i am bouncing between 280 and 279, and well when i weighed yesterday it said 279, though today it said 280, but as Friday is weigh in day, i'ma goin with 279!!
I am getting my exercise this weekend by painting my bedroom. That should put me squarely into the 270s. Anyone who doesn't think that is a workout lol i am only done with the ceiling and my body is TIRED lol. So i am gonna go get something to eat and do some shopping then come back and prime the walls.
Then finish the color tomorrow.
HOpe everyone is staying cool!

The number shrinks each week! 6 weeks left...im guessing there will be a total of -17 people in this comp
In my life right now I have been a lazy fart not doing anything exercise related. I just got an MRI on my wrist which has been troublesome for months and I might have a torn muscle which would explain the pain. I hate cardio and miss lifting a lot, but I am going to have to do something because just sitting and maintaining aint cutting the mustard. But enough about me, lets talk about you

Good news and bad news this week. On the good side I am checking in at 198 breaking the 200 barrier, down from 202 last week. This is the lightest I have been in probably 4 or 5 years now. I have been stalled around 200-205 for like a month now so I changed things up this week and moved my calories down from 1900 to 1600. It pretty much figures, I started at 1900 calories back in March when I was 236 pounds so I was due for an adjustment.
On the bad side of things I have had a nagging thumb issue for the past 2 months which has prevented me from lifting heavy. I went back up for a followup with my ortho and he did some tests. My RCL is completely torn and will require surgery. This will put me in a cast and a splint for at least 2 months. Add 2 months of physical therapy and that puts me out of lifting heavy for 4 months It really sucks because I am within a couple months of completing my cut and I wanted to start bulking a little. I think my biggest challenge this year is going to be keeping the weight off while I am recovering. Maybe I will cut continue to cut instead and lower my bf% target to 10June 1 - Sept 1 Cut 2011

Well. Finally saw a loss this week!!!!!! 318

Next weigh ins I WILL be in the 160s. I went a few months and had some motivation problems after dieting for so long but now I am back on track and hitting it hard again. Havent had one day since last Monday where I was over maintenance. The short PSMF i did over the week really kicked me back into gear. Gonna try and continue it for Mon-Fri this week as well and see what kind of damage I can do to the scale

I apologize everyone, I am on vacation this week and was planning on updating the spreadsheet tomorrow but I shorted my laptop...boooo. So very long busy weekend.
Saturday: painted kitchen
Sunday: 2nd coat to kitchen, golfing, carrying up cabinet boxes up stairs (multiple trips) -> sore sore :P
Monday: Ripped up 5 layers of flooring from kitchen, carried heavy stuff down stairs -> super sore
So yah I am still sore today. It sucks. And to top it off scale is saying 231lbs O-o;;;;;;
See how it likes me friday :PBack in the saddle again...YEEHAW

Sorry I have not checked in for a couple weeks. This time of year is very busy for me and hard to keep on top of posting here. However I've started IF a week ago (leangains) and so far have lost 5.3 lbs. It's going well so far and Im hoping to get back in the gym in a couple weeks, where I should see good results. For now Im working my regular FT job and also running a lawn maintenance part time business, along with remodeling my home. I know I know, excuses, excuses...ha ha. Winter is when I'll be able to kick into high gear. Gret job to those who have stuck with it, keep up the good work!! Weigh in this week 260.5
