    I need a workout program

What would you suggest I do? Maxes are down at bottom. I've done upper/lower split, 5 day split, and a full body routine. I can't really decide what I like the most. Which do you find most beneficial to become a bodybuilder? I want to look proportional all around. I do notice I need to gain weight to at least 205-225 lbs. I have upped my calories even more to 3,500 from 2,800. Thanks for any advice.

Go take a look at GST. It is a 4 day upper/lower split.

I've had some pretty good results lately with the "Extreme Mass Workout Plan" here: http://www.weighttraining.com/workou...s-workout-plan and also the "6 Weeks to Superhero" plan created by Christian Thibodeau (I think I am butchering the spelling of his name but it's a great plan!): http://www.t-nation.com/free_online_...p_off_fat_fast
