    ElrondHubbard, Hehe indeed it can ...although running into a bear might fast become the toughest exercise session I ever had Seriously though, there are bears here in the woods. I have not met any though and to be honest: I'd like to keep it that way.

    Tomorrow I start lifting again. I have been out of the gym now during my vacation. ( getting a bit fatter but...I still look good )

    Fiiiinally I got my ass back in the gym and man, all the beers during the vacation has not done anything good for me at all...what a surpries that was huh?

    I was significantly weeker but it feels good to be up and running again.
