    No mate don't mind at all. I'm still natural haven't hit a long enough plateau or hit a level of strength where I think it is needed/warranted yet. I know a few people who have/are on and seen the gains you can get and I will not lie it is very tempting.

    I have a rudimentary knowledge of tech and other creatines if you want to ask some questions but google would probably answer them better.

    yeah when you are benching in a competition you have to keep your feet falt on the floor? or can you just keep your toes on the floor like you are doing up there ^^^?

    also what is the most severse looking back arch you have seen at a comp?

    depends on the federation. Some feds (mostly the single ply ones) make you put your feet flat. The multy ply one's usually allow you to be on your toes.

    This. I will bench flat footed with my feet on plates but I get a way better set up on the balls of my feet. I have seen a few female lifters get a contortionist esq arch taking about 6-8 inches of ROM, aka the dream.

    the multyply feds like spf, apf, ipa, ect allow benching on toes.

    was going to suggest this too. pretty sure if you can hit 185x1,1,2 then 205 should be good for a one repper atleast

    i originally wasnt gonna do 205, i just had a meet and wanted to take it easy,but then i was talked into doing that weight after all those sets

    i'll get there by the end of the year, they have 120's out but i know i'm gonna get right up to them soon.

    Strong workouts brah. I'm hoping to be hitting 50kg DB's in the next few months in PHAT. I'm up to 40kgx5 for 2 sets. Next week I'm going for 42.5's...which will be >my bodyweight haha
