Ok I was watching the news last night and they had a story on a local bodybuilder who uses Colostrum. Colostrum is the milk produced by mammals right after birth. So has anyone else heard about this supplement?

Seems like I remeber this being a buzzword maybe 20 years ago... boron, colostrum, vanadyl sulfate, glandulars, and the like.
pretty sure it was later dismissed as useless.

If I remember correctly, it is the milk harvested immediately after the birth of a calf. The milk is highly rich in IGF and other growth goodies, to help the calf start out life.Originally Posted by blaineball

As an older guy I used this product a couple decades ago. Did nothing for anyone as far as BBing/PLing went.
