Ok I was watching the news last night and they had a story on a local bodybuilder who uses Colostrum. Colostrum is the milk produced by mammals right after birth. So has anyone else heard about this supplement?

If I remember correctly, it is the milk harvested immediately after the birth of a calf. The milk is highly rich in IGF and other growth goodies, to help the calf start out life.
As far as the bodybuilder is concerned, it takes a LARGE amount to even have a chance at doing anything, so even if it is the next great thing, it is far too expensive.Blessed be the lord, my rock, Who trains my hands for war, And my fingers for battle. Psalm 144:1
