Well folks pictures are posted and I am about to take measurements. Needless to say I am ready, willing and able!!!! After seeing those pictures I have new respect for the "Skinny Fat"!!! Size 4 and my BF is still sky high. 4 Years ago I would never have thought that could be possible.
I'm not saying I am not proud of what I have accomplished so far, I am a far cry from the woman I was 4 years ago, but there is lots of room for improvement
I will start posting my workouts in here starting Jan. 2 as well as supplements and macros.

Double T 2011 Transformation Challenge
Day 1
The day is finally here!!!! Day 1 of My Transformation!!! I'm really excited about getting this finally started. After all the Holiday food I need it badly
I ordered my KetoCuts early. I had tried it before with great success!!! Started them up again today, two in the AM and two in the PM!!!
I will also be adding Glutacene.
I will play it by ear and see how I progress and then add other Double T supplements if needed.
Supplements for Today

Macros for Today
For the next week I am no longer eating at a deficit, I am going to be eating as close to 1800 cals a day not really tracking fat, carb or protein. Yes there is a method to my madness and no I have not lost my mind LOL
Walked to the gym today which is 2 ½ miles each way. Add the 5 miles roundtrip to my 5 miles on the treadmill totals 10 miles YAY
WORKOUT
60 min on the treadmill (5 miles did 12 min. miles)
Cable Ab Crunches
20 x 50 x 6
Torso Rotation Machine
30 x 25 x 6
Ab Machine
30 x 25 x 4

LOL Thank you Kstate. Yesterday the weather was actually beautiful. Walking is my thing I do a lot of it. 2009 I did the 60 mile Avon Breast Cancer Awareness Walk.
