Hey all,
Quick question. I am considering a fat-burner to throw onto my diet (very clean) and workout regime to aide in my weight-loss. I am currently 6'5 242lbs and my ultimate goal is to be about 200-210 (given an appropriate amount of time). I have had gyno surgery in the past so a product that includes "guggulsterone" (such as Lipo 6x) worries me since I have read some minimally on it and how it can cause estrogenic effects. I want to stay away from anything that can affect hormones in any way what-so-ever. I put up with gyno for over 2 years and now that it is gone, I want it to stay LONG GONE.
Just looking for if there is a general con-census on a good fat burner that fits the needs stated above? Thanks for your help.

General Con-census on Fat-Burner?

Here is an interesting 10 week fat loss plan...Keep in mind diet and training are 90% of cutting, supplements are just an aid. There are no guggulsterones in these products.
Run a 6 week non-stim product before running a stim (which you can stack an alternative non-stim) run so you can pull off a 10 week fat burn cycle.
Id run it like this
Week 1-6 Dicana, and if you can afford get DCP.
Week 7-10 VPX Meltdown and 7KE (or epharm 7spray)
This is a pretty advanced fat burning cycle. Id run creatine while cutting and dont mind the extra water weight, its good for you and it will all be intra-cellular. Keep in mind, diet and training are 90% of it, without a set plan supplements do very little.Last edited by KimJong-il; 04-28-2011 at 07:33 AM.

That'sa good plan.
Here is an alternative: Beside Dicana, Eviscerate is a fantastic topical fat burner that works systemic. Can also be stacked with Rauwolscine based products (e.g. Alpha burn from Genomyx). Some cortisol control is also always very welcome (e.g. Driven Sports Lean Xtreme).
If you want to keep it very basic and simple, then get just plan ol' green tea extract standardized to 40-50% EGCG). It's dirty cheap, doesn'Ta ffect hormones and works. Can also be stacked well with almost everything.

Awesome advice guys. That is a pretty nice stack, I am going to definitely look into Dicana. I have been off the boards for quite some time after being an active forum poster, so I am kind of out of the loop.
How about OxyPro Elite? I have heard good things about that, as well as having seen good things on these forums. Any personal experiences with this that anybody would care to share.
Cheers.

I dont know much about Oxy, though there are some interesting ingredients in there.
Here is some feedback for Dicana, its unbiased user feedback so a good read.
