How about you just actually attempt it..? Different muscle's are recruited due to exhaustin, muscle fatige, etc. Now while for some people it may hold true to results I have personally found that it isn't always true for example i can do a 20 rep deadlift with 225 I can't break 265 for 1. I know its weak I have T-rex arms don't ask, but the best way to know your 1RM for any lift is to actually do it.
Goals:
squat: 315x1
Deadlift: 370x1
Ephesians 6:17
Philippians 4:13

Its different for everyone bro. One of my friends have trouble putting 135 up for 15times, and can get around 230lb for max. I couldn't do 225 untill I hit the 20rep mark. Its a lot more easier to calculate it with a weight you can only do five times.

lol funny thread
there is no way one can say bench x for y reps = z for max
everyones different, work your way up, get a spotter, and see if you can do it.
Obviously if you havnt tried 185/205 or previous lifts, then you shouldnt jst shoot for the moon (probly wld fail and get hurt)
But ne ways ill participate.
Last time i did 135x45 and 225x10 and 275x2

Thats a link to a calculator on my site that does a pretty good job at guessing this sort of stuff.
Looks like around 15 - 16 reps ... remember that a best guess not an exact number.

I've never benched 135 past 15 reps. Not really sure how many times I could bench it tbh
I've benched 225x6... but my max is only 245. I've never tried maxing my bench press near the start of a workoutPhD Candidate, Genetics.
