I used to think White flood was a perfect pre-workout. No 1,3, no creatine (for stacking potential), great price, energy, pumps, blah blah.
So would you all NOT recommend white flood for pumps?
It's "pump" formula is 1100 mg arginine-AKG and 400 mg ornithine-AKG
I guess you can also throw MP assault in with white flood, as far as arginine.
What pre-workouts:
1. No 1,3
2. Is an NO product (so not animal rage)
3. Doesn't use arginine for pumps

Pump-bol + some stim is a very popular combo.
But I also have to say, that while arginine may be innefective, White Flood is still a fantastic pre workout. I wouldn't say its extremely well known for the pumps it gives, but rather the smooth, non crash energy and focus, more the nootropic effects. Agmatine is a very good pump ingredient, look for it and buy it solo. Nitrates are good as well.

Is stacking a non-stim pre-workout (ultima, pump-bol) with a caffeine pill that effective?
Or does the caffeine pill give a crash?

Try ultima I never have but that might bs what your looking for. that's the only product I can think off hand.

IDK if you are looking specifically for pre WO supps without stims but if not give MP Assault a try,,, I've been using it for two months and is hands down my favorite pre workout yet.
