So I have been on a cut for the past two and a half months preparing for my vacation trip. I've gotten pretty lean, but feel relatively skinny at times (which is understandable). I was wondering if increasing my calories slightly about a week and a half before i leave for vacation would be beneficial to fill out a bit more? Or is the difference relatively unnoticeable?
The difference will be unnoticeable, a successful bulk or cut will take months to see true success or results. I recommend aiming to keep cutting, enjoy yourself on vacation, and then bulk once you get back if you want to see size.
