Thread: Is This Wise ?

    Cool Is This Wise ?

    okay i go to the gym regularly now, i do 10mins warmup on the bike, 40-60 mins on treadmill different paces then 10mins cool down. when i get home i do weights for about an hour. is that good enough for fat loss, i am on a controlled diet

    also i wanted to know the days i feel sore on my arms should i carry on cardio ?
    also when i do jog the top of my feet pain whilst joggin, then i have to slow down, then get back to jogging pace.

    any diagnosis ?

    What's your weight routine?

    What are your goals?

    It's personal preference but I always do weights before cardio.
    -80 kgs in 15 months.

    I think it is wiser to do weights first and then do the cardio.

    Wth, you will just get tired before doing weights and lift like a woman ;-/

    Well my goal is to lose the weight and start to body build. atm i have lost 1 inch around the waist and half an inch on the stomach.

    Weight routine:

    Monday
    Chest Back

    Wednesday
    Bi's Tri's Traps

    Friday
    Legs

    Should i do cardio inbetween and on them days ?

    Do cardio after weight lifting or on a different day if you must. Cardio is not required for weight loss: just eat less and lift hard.
