So I'm a little confused as to what exactly is this type of protein. Is this mainly a casein so it's only taken pre bed? Or is it just a regular blend that you can take at any time?

It's a 51/49 blend of casein/whey....Most people do 1 scoop + 6-7oz of milk before bed.....I usually have a shake when I am craveing something sweet..it really is the closest thing to an outside shake cause that's how good it tastesOriginally Posted by KiDFLiP

Agreed! I have yet to try cinnamon roll with something that can make it taste disgusting. It's impossible! I do it with morning oats, by itself with water and ice blended, in a shaker with just water and I have mixed it with pumpkin pancake mix.
