I just started working out 3 weeks ago,i wanna get bigger im only 5.6 and i weight 127 i can bench 35's with an olympic bar thats my max,i wanna take protein and a pre work out supplement and creatine!! which brands and which other supplement should i take in order to gain weight and muscle im going all out ! trying my hardest 5 times a week at the gym and 2 days of rest one body part per day except triceps and byceps the same day!
