QUESTION
Is it alright to take a protein shake with Glutamine in it and mix in Creatine, post-workout?
Some other dude is asking me to ask this question since he doesn't have an account.

Mix it 1st with either the glutamine or the creatine (I would recommend the glutamine) and then take either the creatine or glutamine within 45 min.Originally posted by Fedora II

glutamine shouldn't be taken with anyother amino acids becuase it is absorbed differently then the others, so basicly somethings gonna be canceled out

One small thing. Creatine isn't an amino. But you are correct. It would be best to take one and then the other later, preferably within a 45 min. window.Originally posted by Apocalypse
