I usually have ran my training routine as VERY high weight with low reps 2-6, and have had decent gains on this; mostly for strength. I just recently started a 4 day bodybuilding split, with moderate-heavy weight with medium to high reps. I’m going to try this during this cycle, and see what it does for me in terms of size and weight. So far, Im liking it. Here it is so you all can see:

I really think Im going to enjoy this cycle, because both compounds are known to have good gains and also give you that euphoric ON feeling during cycle. I should have good libido and good joints with minimal sides also during this cycle.
I will update, or at least try to update daily and post all side effects, gains, measurements, thoughts, and really anything else I feel necessary to note.

DAY 1, 1/9/11
STARTING Weight is: 202lbs
I had a pretty good workout this morning. I am still trying to get all the weights set right for higher reps, but I am definitely getting a serious soreness/burn after my workout; so I guess Im doing it right. I'm really focusing on my form, squeezing and pausing at the top, and short 60 second rest periods for these workouts. Im really interested to see what it can do for size.
I had a pretty major pump going on in the locker room, triceps were pretty jacked. After my workout, I had to help a family member move for like 4 HOURS! I lifted quite a bit of ridiculously heavy shyt out of basements, into trucks, and into another place. So, by the time i was done with all that, EVERYTHING was smoked/fried from all the lifting. Bigtime. So I just piled in all the food I could for the rest of the day, and hoped for the best for my macros.
Sides: I got slight headaches during the day.

DAY 2, Monday, 1/10/11

I woke up this morning pretty pumped for the gym. I stepped out of bed and though HOLY SHYT, my legs were crazy crazy sore from all the moving yesterday. I grabbed all my stuff, headed out into the frozen tundra, and away I went. I didn't like the idea of not having my White Flood pre-workout shake, but I suffered with it and had an everything bagel pre-workout.
I couldn't deadlift a whole lot because my legs were completely smoked and taken out of the equation, so I made due. I have no idea how I gained 4 lbs overnight, so we'll see how the week pans out.
Sides: I don't care if you say it is placebo effect or not, I had noticeably increased vascularity today over normal. Looked good. Good pump too.

DAY 3

MACROS for yesterday: Calories: 4850 Fats: 120 Carbs: 560 Protein: 370
Wow was it monster of a day yesterday for food. I was literally non stop hungry and eating all day, and all clean. Out of that 120 fats, I think only 20 was saturated. Not too bad. Plus Im pretty sure I drank close to 3 gallons of water too. I slept like a baby last night, so all was well.
Woke up this morning, pumped for my favorite day at the gym for shoulders. I woke up a little late, so I had to cut out abs today. But I increased the weight on a few of the lifts; I think Im getting used to the high reps low rest period workout now. It's feeling good. I wore a t shirt, and by the time the workout was done my arms and shoulders were so pumped I could barely get it off.
Also please note, all of these lifts are with EXTREMELY STRICT form.
Sides: Definitely noticed increased vasularity big time. I had more veins in forearms, the vein in bicep was more noticeable too. Also feeling a ridiculously HIGH libido, I mean big time.

OFF/REST DAY
Well, Wednesday is usually my off day, so that's what I did today. I think starting next week if I'm feeling up to it and recovered, I may hit chest and triceps for the 2nd time of the week on Wednesdays, but we'll see how good the recovery is going to be. Ill be hitting legs hard tomorrow.
Sides: Slight headaches here and there, but VERY VERY mild. Vascularity and veins are much more prominent than normal. Quicker and harder muscle pumps. I haven't noticed anything else at all yet.On a quest to 10% BF.

I woke up late/slept in about 30 minutes longer than I normally do. So, that cuts my workout, literally, in half. So I did what I could today with no pre-workout meal, and rushing to get done what I could. I hit squats and leg press pretty hard, probably could have went harder if I was more awake.
You ever just want to get in the gym, put the headphones on, and jam while working out? And then some retard has to come over to you every five seconds and talk to about god knows what, and you have to act like you truly care?? All I wanted to fukcing do what listen to my music....Oh well. Life goes on.
Sides: The headaches have mainly subsided, which is normal for the first week. Vascularity.

I woke up this morning earlier than usual, so instead of falling back asleep or staying awake and doing nothing, I hit the gym for about 45 minutes this morning to hit back and bis up again. I hit my upper back up pretty hard with some pullups and rows, and then repped out some good strong sets on deadlifts. I was going to go two more sets on deadlifts, which I easily could have, but I just did legs yesterday; and well my legs didn't feel so good this morning. DOMS for the win.
Also, Im definitely starting to feel some aggression in the gym, much more than normal. So we'll see how next week goes. Ill take first week measurements this sunday to compare so far.
Sides: None really. Highly increased libido by far, and longer muscle pumps.

Well, today is the day is should start getting good from here on out. I felt good in the gym this morning. Endurance felt good, and everything went up nicely with not a whole lot of struggle. Looks like I might be seeing strength gains by the end of the week I presume. I feel like Im looking bigger than normal so far to be honest. Especially arms.

Ill post all the updated stats and such for today later. I had a dream this morning that it was vidily still Sunday. No joke. I woke up at 5:15am and could NOT figure out why I set my alarm that early on a Sunday. So I proceeded to turn it off and sleep in until 7:20am. Wicked workout. I was totally jacked and pumped by the end of this workout. Big time. Im looking bigger already, I can visually see it in the mirror and others are starting to take notice too. I got through the 3rd deadlift set, and my back was so so sore and PUMPED.

Another good day at the gym. Im feeling on top of the world in the gym man, and out of the gym starting too. Feels good. All the weights are starting to feel lighter, so I think next week Im going to kick it up and really set some PR'S and strength increases. Definitely looking much bigger in arms and shoulders. I actually had a pretty good, strong leg day. All the lifts went up nicely, I hit squats hard, and I was actually able to still stand afterwards, which is abnormal. Maybe I should have did more? I felt awfully tired yesterday, and fairly drained in terms of energy this morning. I highly doubt that lethargy is setting in already, but, you never know. I'll play it out and see. I want to just grab a massive cup of coffee so bad. Im still slowly looking bigger in the mirror.

Workout felt good today. I got a real nice burn at the end of the workout, and biceps and back was pretty pumped. Biceps were obstructing my range of motion in the shower. That always feels good. No deadlifts today, only once a week. Ill be posting more measurements and another progress picture this weekend.
Sides: Still high libido. That's about it. Starting to feel tired during the day, but that may be from all the training and food too. Sleeping awesome.

BB Deadlift: 455lbs

If so, that's pretty damn strong! Just looking at you I wouldn't think you could do that! Mirin! But I was just wondering why you aren't doing weight anywhere near that in you workouts.

Thanks man. Yeah, as slim said, shorter rest periods and higher rep sessions = less weight used.
Hey now. No, that's all my hard work, training, and my 4500 calorie diet. Im simply taking the liv52 for personal health reasons. To feel better of course. Im taking a multi too!
