http://www.waldenfarms.com.au/ - be warned, I've ordered stuff from there twice and each time it took over a month to get here, but they sent me some free stuff to make up for it
http://cgi.ebay.com.au/DA-VINCI-GOUR...2#ht_711wt_905 - for sugar free da vinci syrups, these are great, haven't bought any in awhile but definetely recommended.
Also, AVOID at all costs the walden farms peanut spread, for real it is ****ing disgusting man
p.s for very low cal good stuff try weight watchers fruit cups, each one is like 10 calories and they taste great, diet coltees sauces are pretty crap but the caramel one is decent when mixed into oats and it is VERY low cal

Second (third?) skinny cows they are quite easy to fit into your macros the only problem is they can be a tad on the expensive side (at least in my area). I'd have them errday if I could afford it.
Bornhoffen Natural Acidophilus yogurt is one of my favourites. It's a bit too sour to have on it's own, but you can make a pretty nice pudding with it when you mix it with a scoop of whey. It's great to have instead of a shake (I try my hardest not to drink calories) and doesn't affect your macros too much because it's such low kcal per serving.fluglotse

Totally missed this yesterday. When I got mine at Coles it was something like $2.39. Idn why such a big price difference but if it was $1 each I'd have them a lot more regularly. The big tubs were on special for $11 and even that was a bit pricey considering I can get 4-5 tubs CC for that price.
Edit: Peanut butter I go with just plain Kraft. I prefer crunchy, but the smooth is ok too. I just got sick of smooth quicker.fluglotse
