Yeah! I recall!
Grainy look will come via the Sarah Lee Classic White Bread, and Miracle Whip! Mmmmm :P
Thanx dude! Really excited because I still have some peeling to do, and when I loose another 7 or so its going to look way different from 2008, but in a good way. Preview in less than six weeks here.
ha ha ha! Good times!
Still not a STRONG point, but they won't take away from my physique this year. Still all legs and back
Yeah I figured its was worth the 10 hour drive. So the last weekend of April is the big day, and while I am VERY excited, I am just as excited about competing in the APA World Championships in the 165's Most likely will NOT have to cut weight for that one either.
Tell you this much! Hammies are looking to be the most improved part! That and glutes actually.

lol me and berto sent Layne and Isabel Team 3DMJ shirts once we saw the new Team Norton shirts...Both berto and I were (and still are in spirit) Team Norton as he prepped with Layne in 08 and myself in 09...
so yeah...I'm guessing if Layne wears the 3DMJ shirt in a pic people will be like "Is 3DMJ doing your diet??"
don't ya know we cross prep eachother?
