Orange TRIad or Animal Pak. used both and love 'em both. I have trouble with one a days, since I have this notion that everything I need can't be fit into one pill. This is just me though

Works as good as the Animal Paks! I love it.

I am using it because I need a 30 day supply of Multis. I take 6 tablets of Anavites per day (3 with my morning breakfast and 3 with dinner). 1 Container of Anavite will last you a month if you take 6 caps per day.

Ive been an Animal Pak user for years (that was my favorite multi) but I just couldnt afford 2 cannisters of the 44 pak on the budget Im on and I needed a multi that I can take morning and night because I sweat a lot during my morning and night cardio sessions. I needed a multi to help replace what I lose through sweat. Thats why I chose Anavite

There are great Multis out there...Multi V, Orange Triad, ect

The ones I wouldnt buy are the ones that Sam's club sells (Sam's Choice)...the reason being is beause I found the tablets ending up in the toilet which means that the body did not break it down during the digestion process and I took it with food....this means that it wasnt utilized. make sure you get a good multi that your body will assimilate and untilize...very important!
