Thought it might be good to compile a thread of your favorite sludge combo's .
There are tonnes of amazing mixes I've seen posted around!!
-Preferably, try to snap a pic.
-What protein you used
-Amounts of the other ingredients used
-Macros
At the moment I've got;
2 scoops of Dymatize 12 hour fudge brownie (recommended by MarkVI and it's amazing)
80g cream cheese
20g PB&co Dark Choc Dreams
0.25c skim milk.
50g low fat ice cream
55p/35c/9f
^2 scoops of protein has 12g carbs so something like ON Casein it would be like 22-23g.
Anyway, this is a shot before freezing for roughly 45min-hour (just before it goes too hard)
I like to add some peanut m&m's or something on top when I eat it
This protein is really good as sludge. It literally tastes like brownie batter.
I find using vanilla flavours you can get a great cake batter flavour going on too!

Good! I'll show you my concoction tonight or post WO depending on when I decide to eat it...it's GNC chocolate whey protein complex with cocoa powder which makes it come pretty darn close the the dymatize one.
It'll be 3 scoops whey + 1.5 tbspn cocoa powder + some splenda and almond milk....mix it to brownie batter consistency, maybe a bit thicker and spray the top lightly with ICBN spray for that extra flavor.

Myofusion Cookies and Cream Sludge:
1 Scoop Myo + 1 tbsp PB + Water
Vanilla Vasolate Sludge with mix-in's
78g Vasolate + 1tbsp PB + Water
Strawberry Vasolate Sludge:
78g vasolate + Water
ON Casein Chocolate Sludge:
1 Scoop + 2 tbsp PB on a pumpkin pie:
Scivation Strawberry:
2 scoops + water

I literally cannot buy PB&Co Chocolate Dreams, I will eat it all in like 2 sittings if I do. After the 4th time I lost all willpower against this jar of goodness I proclaimed...NO MORE!! Haha.
I'll do a simple chocolate berry one usually, no pic though
-1 cup plain yogurt
-1 scoop ON Chocolate or Vanilla whey
-1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
-1 tsp agave
Mash together an freeze for 1 hour. Similar profile as OP recipe

Just Made One...
Oats (uncooked)
XF Cinnamon Roll
Trutein Vanilla
Truvia & Cinnamon
Water to toothpaste like consistency.
Top with cinnamon.
Freeze for an hour or so, tastes like cinnamon roll batter.

775cals: 17F, 82C, 70P
With Cottage Cheese

Vanilla is nothing to write home about. It's not very sweet. It mixes good in oats though and is cheaper than ON casein for me...so that's what I care about lol (mixing in oats)
But, for a vanilla, ON's is much better and I'd assume of course that UP 2.0 is easily better. I'll compare it to my 3x5lb'ers of myofusion when I get it later this week.
Fudge Brownie is gooooo0o0o0d ish though.
I'm just loving sludge on sandwiches/rice cakes/poured over ice cream and cereal etc.
^Awesome way to get protein in and it's tasty as! Plus, most of the time it's cheaper than meat p/serving

Thats a pretty big bowl (IF meal). I usually do around 40g oats, 80g XF, 80g Trutein. Makes it nice and THICK without it being completely Casein. The pic'd bowl is a bit more of all 3.
Seriously...cinnamon roll batter. Everyone looks at me like Im crazy when I make it, then I had my old man try it (without telling him what it was) and he agreed it tasted like Cinnamon Roll batter.Team Never Full

I just have a $40 Cuisinart that I got from Costco. That particular recipe is
- greek yogurt (570g)
- 3pks of stevia
- sugar free da vinci/torani syrup ( to taste)
Sometimes I will throw bananas, strawberries, blueberries, nuts..cool whip.. whatever. Its so delicious
You CAN do it with milk and protein powder but it comes out more like a frosty.
I have mixed powder, greek yogurt and milk which is good and creamy but not as thick.
I want to try it with milk, powder and egg yolk and see what happens then.

i used to think up 2.0 made for the best sludge although it added a few more cals than ideal...after buying trunutrition's vanilla whey isolate, though, i've found a better tasting AND higher protein/lower cal substitute. the best part is being vanilla, it can morph into any flavor you want.
my personal favorite is multiple TBSPs PB&Co. with the vanilla whey + honey...if you want a pie substitute, mix in a whole egg or just the yolk with a bit of milk and the honey/pb/yolk are all emulsifiers that give the concoction a delicious pie taste upon microwaving/baking.

Dustin mate, the Myofusion I got was milk choc, strawberry and cream and vanilla.
After these I'll try the cpb and when cookies and cream is available here I'll get that too. A lot of reviews say they don't really like vanilla cause it's similar to butterscotch but I LOVE butterscotch haha, very positive stuff on the choc and strawb too.

didn't realize tuna wasn't a protein or bcaa. or that the concoction wasn't a sludge (albeit a bit runny) no wild animal would approach. thx for star though, that makes 7 for today, three more and i can reward self with ice cream xD (notsrs). edit: definitely not a meal by any means. perhaps there's a "weird **** eating now" thread?

Im a huge Myofusion fan and I just now ordered another tub since its 'changed' and I feel like the 'older version' had a stronger flavor of chocolate. I had two shakes today 1 with old myo, one with new and Im pretty sure Im not imagining things
Heard the cookies and cream was good.
