What do you guys think about this?
Like Mentzer said: "you should not spend more than 30min in the gym".. IMO that might overtrain you because you are training with a very high intensity, you are doing a 60-70min workout in less than 30min. I guess that may overtrain you.
What do you think? have you ever tryied this method before?
