11-14-10 Rest/Football watching morning weight :178.0lbs
After that burrito at 4:30pm yesterday, I was so stuffed that I didnt eat anything till a little after midnight lol. I planned to enjoy a bit more food for my final day of freedom, but just wasn't hungry. Oh well! I'm so excited to get shredded to the bone that it doesn't bother me at all.

I also just finished making a new oddball cheesecake. It's in the oven right now! I'll be enjoying that sucker tomorrow*Professional comic book geek* *semi-pro cartoon collector* *full time nerd*

I multiplied some of the macros in your food chart.
Some of them come up a calorie or two short or over what you have listed.
Are you using the calorie count on the package?
Or am I being to anal?...She approached with her hand extended,. I slowly stepped back. "No" she said. "I just want to shake your hand. You're amazingly gorgeous." As she walked by me she copped a biceps feel.

I love it - You're just as anal as I am in tracking macros. Glad to see I'm not the only OCD bodybuilder there is. Since it's my off-season I do have limits thoug and I'm glad I don't have to figure out the macros for three sticks of gum anymore.

during prep whenever I went to work I swear I would have like 5 pieces + of gum per shift. I needed like something sweet in my mouth while I had all this food around me (grocery store) or I would go insane LOL

I guarantee that I will be chewing gum and drinking mad amounts of diet soda deep into prep. I don't know how you did it man... I would be too distracted. Working in a grocery store during prep is like having a sex addict work at a porn shop.
Thanks bro. I've seen the work they've done and have been very impressed. That's why I narrowed it down to a couple people and decided on 3DMJ. That burrito was great! I should post a fat offseason pic from before my last prep in 2009. I was eating AT LEAST three of those suckers a week.*Professional comic book geek* *semi-pro cartoon collector* *full time nerd*

11-16-10 Upper De-load
morning weight : 178.0lbs
flat bb bench
155x8 (3 sets)
pull ups
bwx5 (3 sets)
standing oh db press
40'sx8 (3 sets)
cgbp
135x8
bb curl
45x8
All sets down with slow tempo and strict form. Boring workout lol. Don't know what was up with weighing 178 this morning, probably due to sodium intake, lack of bm, etc
Out of curiosity, how does everyone else handle de-loads? Especially during a cut/maintainence phase. I know there are several ways of going about it such as : decrease in weight with the same volume, decrease in volume with the same weight, etc... but how does everyone handle caloric intake during a deload while cutting. Do you keep calories the same, raise them, lower them?

EDIT : I just changed the calories on my low carb tortilla on fitday. apparently the company thinks it's fine to count only "net carbs" and exclude fiber from the overall calorie content. They are 78 cals versus 50. How do companies get away with this shenanigans?

Absolutely. Makes cardio more enjoyable and actually motivates me more when I see a bone-jarring hit or a RB break a huge run.

morning weight : 176.0lbs
Cardio
20 mins on cross trainer 301 cals burned

misc.
Just got my program from Eric . I am so excited to attack this prep!! I will be running a bodypart split focusing on hypertrophy one week and strength the following. 3 cardio sessions a week which is definitely a Godsend to start, seeing as I was doing 5x's a week right off the bat for last prep. I plan on being ready 4-6 weeks early for show number one. That gives me a good 14-16 weeks to get diced and then start filling back up . It looks like I may be hitting up the INBF Buckeye Classic which is the weekend following my first show in Bolingbrook. Can't wait!!*Professional comic book geek* *semi-pro cartoon collector* *full time nerd*
